For landscape videos, the recommended ratio is 16:9 with size 1080 x 607 px (although the ratio can be anything between 1.91:1 and 16:9)
- the best format is MP4 including these technical specifications:

  • H.264 Codec

  • AAC Audio

  • 3 500 kbps bitrate for video

  • Frame rate of 30 frames per second

  • Maximum file size of 15 MB

  • Video must be a maximum of 60 seconds

- ideally: square photos, aspect ratio of 1:1, size 1080 x 1080 px 

Stories
- photos and videos with ideal aspect ratio 9:16, size 1080 x 1920 px (although the ratio can be anything between 1.91:1 and 9:16)

IGTV
- 15’’-10’ videos, mp4 format, under 650 Mb
- vertical 9:16 or horizontal 16:9
- min. resolution: 720 px
- the video’s cover picture needs to be at least 492 x 762 pixels (1:1.55 ratio), less than 4 MB. The preview in IGTV will cut it a bit on the left and right sides.
